Policies and Procedures
Payment, confirmation, cancellation, waiting lists:
Payment is expected when registering. If you need
to make payment arrangements, e-mail Laura Drake
Confirmation will be sent by e-mail shortly after the camp fills.
Cancellation policy is if you cancel up to and including the first day of camp, your tuition will be refunded minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. After the second day of camp, no refunds will be given.
Before and Aftercare
Before care is offered starting at 8:30 am until 9:30 am when camp starts. All students dropped off before 9:15 will be charged a before care fee. Aftercare is 3:00 – 5:00 PM. The cost is $5.00 per hour, please sign your child in and out on our sheets, and please pay via check or cash on the last day of your care, preferably not
at the evening’s performance. We expect prompt pickup at 5:00, if there is a problem be sure we have your cell phone number.
What your child should bring and other camp information
Morning snack, lunch, labeled water bottle! Required medication and sunscreen if needed. We provide afternoon snack. Feel free to bring birthday treats to share in the afternoon. Camps are capped at approximately 36 students. Teacher/student ratio is approximately 1:12.
What your child will do each day!
The children warm up in the morning and they go into their rehearsal groups about 9:45 am. They rehearse until 11, when there is a 15 minute snack break (from their lunches.) Then they rehearse again until noon. The students have a supervised one-hour lunch time outside, where there is play equipment and games are offered. We resume rehearsal at 1:00 until 2:00, when there is a 15 minute afternoon break and we supply a snack. All students are brought together at the end of the day for the last 15 minutes. We end promptly at 3:00 PM.
