Payment, confirmation, cancellation, waiting lists:
Payment is expected when registering. If you need
to make payment arrangements, e-mail Laura Drake at [email protected] Arrangements may affect availability of camp slots.
Confirmation will be sent by e-mail shortly after the camp fills.
Waiting Lists Once camps are filled and confirmed, you may sign up for waiting lists. Many times families need to cancel before the summer.
Cancellation policy: If participants cancel, tuition will be refunded minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given 10 days prior to the first day of camp.
Before and Aftercare
Before care is offered starting at 8:30 am until 9:30 am when camp starts. All students dropped off before 9:15 will be charged a before care fee. Aftercare is 3:00 – 5:00 PM. The cost is $6.00 per hour, please sign your child in and out on our sheets, and please pay via check or cash on the last day of your care, preferably not
at the evening’s performance. We expect prompt pickup at 5:00, if there is a problem be sure we have your cell phone number.
What your child should bring and other camp information
Morning snack, lunch, labeled water bottle! Required medication and sunscreen if needed. We provide afternoon snack. Feel free to bring birthday treats to share in the afternoon. Teacher/student ratio is approximately 1:12.
What your child will do each day!
Warm up 9:35 – 10:00 am;
Rehearse 10:00 – 11:00 am;
Snack Break 11:00 – 11:15 am (from child’s lunch);
Supervised Lunch 12:00 – 1:00 PM;
Rehearse 1:00 – 2:00 PM;
Snack Break 2:00 – 2:15 PM (we provide);
2:15 – 3:00 PM all-camp songs and round up.
